GlobalChocolateS.com has been established in 1999 and now has over 8000 local and international clients
database. Due to high search engine rankings we get new customers almost everyday during high season (October to May). So the clients database is growing everyday.The specialty of the web site is selling Swiss Lindt® Chocolates and other European Gourmet chocolates.

The business is relocateable and can be operated from almost anywhere and you can even have branches in other countries.

Global Chocolates is not a drop ship or affiliate site. It is a home based business. We do not keep a large inventory, we purchase fresh chocolates from authorized distributors, pack them or make gift baskets in our small townhouse and ship them via UPS or Post Office. It is not a "Get Rich Quick site", it is a real business which needs your love, patience and good management.

The average profit is about $50,000 per year. Most of our customers have come via word of mouth because of
the quality of the chocolates and the good service we provide.

Potentials:
We have been operated Global Chocolates from our small home as a family business. Now we have 3 little kids, and

-The hosting fee for the web site is providing by Yahoo for $11.95 per month. The new owner could use another host if desired.

-The web site is using a third party shopping cart for $599.00 per year and it has been paid until February 25, 2009. This
shopping cart's some special features are capability of sending broadcast to all or selected clients on the database
to offer specials and promotions to them, sending auto responders, setting up special discounts
for orders and more. The buyer can find and use another shopping cart if desired.

- We design and maintain the web site pages ourselves and will provide 2 months free web site maintenance for
the buyer. After it, If you want to continue with us, it will be $100.00 per month, $550.00 prepaid for six months or $1000.00 prepaid for one year.

-The shopping cart works with merchant accounts and PayPal to charge credit cards, but you can also set it up
only with PayPal. We do not recommend to use only PayPal, because you will loose some customers who are not
familiar with PayPal. We started only with PayPal and then added a merchant account. PayPal, other merchant accounts
and gateways have some fees which some are fixed and some depend on the total amount charged.

-There is off course supplies cost like empty Gift boxes and shipping boxes, empty gift baskets, decoration supplies,
shrink wraps, greeting cards,...

Search Engine Ranking
An online business is different from offline businesses, it dose not need foot traffic to be successful, it needs
high search engine ranking to bring more interested online visitors to the site. There are two main search classifications:
"Natural Search" and "Paid Search". While "Paid Search" refers to all pay-per-click advertising (such as

hosting, website maintenance, shopping cart and payments; you do all the other work and pay for hosting and shopping cart. Every month we deduct 25% of the gross receipt and send a check for the rest to you. We will work together on details of the franchise option.
We prefer to sell the business. If there is a buyer, the franchise option will not be considered.
