For most of our Lindt chocolates, and some of the other items the discounted wholesale pricing has already been posted on the web site. All of our other products can also be quoted for volume pricing discounts.  We want to ensure we are giving you the best overall price possible.  Please contact us, providing us with as much information as possible including the items to quote, quantities and delivery requirements.  We will do our best to return our quote to you within 24 hours.  Our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction!

Multiple Orders:
If you are sending gifts to different addresses, you need to submit individual order forms for each order. For your convenience you can fax and/or email your orders. Please specify each order by specific name and shipping address. Make sure to indicate the item/s to be shipped to each address, with the desired shipping method. Remember to include any specific
greeting message and/or any other instructions. Based upon your specifications, we will determine the shipping cost, and notify you as to what your total cost is prior to charging your card. We will not charge your card without prior authorization .

Purchase Orders:
We do accept purchase orders. We are upgrading our shopping cart to be able to accept purchase orders online. By then, please contact us for details.

Shipping cost & Using your own UPS account for Large orders:
Our shipping calculation has been change recently and most our rates have been decreased. Please check the new shipping table by clicking here.

Another option to pay for the shipping cost is using your Own UPS Account. Using this method, the shopping cart actually calculates the total of your order without the shipping cost included. However, there is a small handling fee. The only information necessary is for you to provide your UPS account information, and your order will be shipped to you. This alternative gives you the assurance you are not being billed more than the actual shipping cost.

Good News, Coming Soon: The items available for "Use your own UPS account" will be on a special section, and you can place your orders directly and hassle free. Just do not forget to provide your UPS account number in the comment section of the order form.
