How to know the shipping cost?

To know the exact shipping cost for your order, add your desired items to the cart
and go to the check out. When you enter your shipping address,
it shows the shipping cost for different shipping methods.
You can then choose a method and submit the order or cancel it.
Sometimes the calculation is not accurate. We guarantee to refund you the extra charges after shipping

How to order by Fax/mail?

1) click here to print the order form.
2) Browse the site and write down the items to be ordered in your order form.
3) Calculate the total for items. 4) Find out how much the shipping cost would be by going to the Shipping Cost Page.5) Fill in the rest of the order form.
6) Fax your order form to (510) 868-1950 or mail it to the address provided on the form. You can also scan your form and send it to us as an email attachment.

How to place an order to be delivered for a specific date?

If it is necessary for your order to be delivered for a specific date, please mention it in the comment section of the order form. Please choose the appropriate shipping method based on your desired delivery date and allow a few days for possible delays. Choosing overnight, 2Day or 3Day shipping method dose not mean the package will be delivered in one, 2 or 3 days after placing the order, it only means it will be delivered within that time after it shipped from our location. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered as business days for transit time. We are located in California and Ground shipping takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination.

How to place multiple orders?

If you are sending gifts to different addresses, you need to submit individual order forms for each order. For your convenience you can fax and/or email your orders. Please specify each order by specific name and shipping address. Make sure to indicate the item/s to be shipped to each address, with the desired shipping method. Remember to include any specific
greeting message and/or any other instructions. Based upon your specifications, we will determine the shipping cost, and notify you as to what your total cost is prior to charging your card. We will not charge your card without prior authorization.

When to place an order?

On line and fax Orders accepted 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK!
To ensure the quality and freshness, our on hand inventory is kept at the lowest possible. Our main inventory is kept in a cool warehouse about 35 miles away from our operation. Inventory is being picked up from there on Mondays and Fridays. So although you can place your order anytime, it is the best to do it by Sunday night, or Thursday night. These orders usually could be shipped on the next Monday or Friday. This helps us manage our inventory better and ship your orders as early as possible, please place your orders by Sunday night.

When to place a Gift order for Christmas delivery?

Inventory goes out very fast during November and December. The earlier you order your christmas gifts, the better. Just mention on the order form that you want it to be delivered close to Christmas.
We hold the order and ship it just on time.
By ordering early you avoid high cost fast shipping methods and also ensure the availability of your desired items.
