The name Niederegger stands for a passion for quality. Since 1806, only select ingredients have been refined into its speciality, which is without equal. The secret of the traditional recipe for Niederegger marzipan has to do with the exact mix of almonds and sugar and a secret ingredient similar to rosewater. Still today, production is personally supervised by the master confectioner. At Niederegger only aromatic almonds from the Mediterranean region are used.
